Collected primary data on over 250 customer groups for a luxury fashion company. Collected information on reason for entering the store (purposeful or browsing), purchase data depending on purpose of entering, reasons for not purchasing, and the date they visited on. Discovered a 24% increase in conversion when customers entered with intention. Also analyzed reasons why customers were not purchasing and discovered 47% of customers did not purchase due to product depth issues.
