Efficiently led a group of 6 team members on our graduating capstone project where we worked with an operating business named bequest finance to overhaul their CRM pipeline to capture useful data on potential customers with the goal of building effective marketing campaigns. I took on the lead role of the project, where my responsibilities included managing stakeholder expectations by holding weekly meetings, dividing labour amongst team members, and drafting a project integration management plan.
